Eden Village of Tulsa is working to get you into a supportive, stable environment.

To be an Eden Village resident you must meet all three of the following requirements:

Chronically Homeless
An individual who has been without a home for more than a year consecutively within the Tulsa area.
A mental or physical disability making it difficult to remain in a stable home and financially independent.
Ability to pay $350/mo in rent through various means of income. ie sponsorship, job, disability, VA, etc.

Eden Villages isn’t for everyone going through a rough patch, but that doesn’t minimize your need for help. Thankfully Tulsa has many people and organizations who are there to help. Feel free to print a ‘street sheet’ to distribute or to contact local resources.

What to know about Eden Village of Tulsa …

  • Tiny homes are meant for single occupancy. Residents must care for his/her own home and furnishings and must be a good neighbor.
  • Eden Villages are finger-print entry, gated communities designed to keep residents safe and monitor guests to ensure our visitors have the best intentions for our residents.
  • Eden Villages foster a community support system. Our residents help clean up both inside and outside of our community gates. It is a positive thing to live by an Eden Village.
  • Volunteers build relationships with our residents and often spend a lot of time within our community. We want everyone to feel welcome to get to know these great people.
