Interested in Living in Eden Village?

If you or someone you know is chronically homeless, we want to help you off the streets and into a home.

Apply to be a Resident

To be an Eden Village resident you must meet all three of the following requirements:

Chronically Homeless
Meet the government’s definition of chronically homeless – homeless for the last 2-months consecutively or have four periods of homelessness over the last 3 years within the city limits of your Eden Village community.
Disabled
Have severe and persistent mental or physical disabilities prohibiting you to live independently for long periods of time. Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD and other Axis 1 diagnosis are common in our residents.
Income
The ability to pay $350 per month for rent which includes utilities, laundry services and community center activities and support. Income often comes from employment, sponsorship, and various forms of government assistance.

Don't Meet The Requirements?

If your application is not selected or if you don’t meet the above requirements when you apply, we will keep your application on file. Please notify us with up-to-date contact information and call or email us as circumstances change. Feel free to visit our resources page for alternative help.
