What is the tiny home community coming to Excelsior Springs?
To be an Eden Village resident you must meet all three of the following requirements:
Chronically Homeless
Chronically homeless have been without a home consistently for 12 consecutive months or more. People living in survival mode.
Disabled
Persons that struggle with physical or mental disabilities, contributing to the inability to be an independent contributor to society.
Income
Access to a minimum of $350 per month to pay for rent. Finances can come from government assistance, sponsorship or employment.

- We are currently in the fundraising phase and seeking land appropriate to build Excelsior Springs’ first Eden Village tiny home community.
- We are looking for team members to help us fundraise and spread the word to expedite the process of building an Eden Village community for our friends experiencing homelessness.
