HELP MOUNTAIN HOME HOMELESS INTO A HOME

If you or someone you know are chronically homeless, here’s how we can help.

To be an Eden Village resident you must meet all three of the following requirements

Chronically Homeless
If you’ve been homeless longer than 12-months consecutive, or four periods within three years, in the Mountain Home area and are unable to live without support, apply for residency.
Disabled
If physical or mental Axis 1 diagnosis (Schizophrenia, bipolar, MDD) disabilities make it difficult to live on your own, maintain a job and maintain a residence.
Income
If you’re able to provide $350/mo. in rent. Includes utilities, laundry, activities, and support services. Income from employment, government assistance or sponsorship.

Though we care deeply for those going through a rough patch, our program is intended to provide indefinite housing to individuals unable to live without assistance. If you’re still needing help, please look through great services in the Mountain Home, AR area that are willing to help.

What to know about living at Eden Village Mountain Home …

  • Eden Village of Mountain Home will be taking resident applications once the community center, gated system, homes, and garden are set and established. 
  • Homes are single occupancy, fully furnished and there will be staff on-site for resident support. 
  • Residents are welcome to stay indefinitely and will be paired with volunteers and support services to help them thrive in their new secure life. 
  • Residents will be required to upkeep their home and be a good neighbor to other residents. 
  • Rent is $350/mo. and that includes a fully furnished home, utilities, laundry, activities and support services. 
  • Eden Village is a safe and positive addition to any community. Residents are happy, negative influences are not welcome, and our communities are well kept.

MAKE SURE WE HAVE A WAY TO CONTACT YOU

Once you’ve applied for residency, make sure to keep us up to date on the best way to reach you. As applications get accepted, we need to reach you within a 48-hour
period, or we’ll be forced to move on to the next applicant. Eden Villages do fill up quickly.
