HELPING THE HOMELESS INTO A HOME
If you or someone you know is chronically homeless, we’re here to help.
To be an Eden Village resident you must meet all three of the following requirements
Chronically Homeless
Eligible residents must be homeless for a consecutive 12-months (or 4 times in a 3-year period) within the San Marcos, TX city limits to qualify for residency.
Disabled
A physical or mental disability that makes it impossible for you to consistently survive in a residence without outside assistance. Axis 1 diagnosis (schizophrenia, bipolar, MDD).
Income
The ability to pay $350/mo. rent to cover utilities, laundry, activities, staff, property upkeep and support services. Can come from sponsorship, employment, or government assistance.

Our goal is to help the homeless, all our neighbors in need. But we will always have limitations. If you don’t meet the requirements or are awaiting an opening. Please, take advantage of our great city’s resources that are available to you.
What to know about living at Eden Village of San Marcos …
- We are planning on adding villages throughout our city to match the need for housing.
- Homes are built for one resident, fully furnished, and comes with a front porch getting residents outside and building community with their neighbors.
- Residents will be asked to work their grounds, garden, and community center. And will also volunteer outside of our community to help beautify the community around us.
- Residents will have access to support professionals, staff and home teams helping them keep on track and flourishing in their new life.

Once you have applied, please make sure you keep us up to date on your contact information. If we’re unable to reach someone after a 72-hour period, we’ll need to offer their home to another applicant.
