Homeless persons typically rely heavily on public emergency services, costing the city an average of $40,000 per person each year. Eden Village of Richmond is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization building tiny home gated communities where the chronically homeless can be off the streets, less dependent on our cities resources and in a secure and supported environment allowing them to once again become a contributor to our great city.
