Eden Village Harrisburg is a nonprofit initiative creating a secure tiny-home community for neighbors who are chronically unhoused. We pair permanent housing with supportive services and intentional community so residents can move from survival to stability.
Harrisburg is a city of givers—and we do not want our neighbors living on the streets. Eden Village Harrisburg is building a community where people have what they need to stabilize: a safe home, consistent support, and a neighborhood designed for belonging.
Chronic homelessness cannot be solved by temporary fixes alone. A tiny home community provides what shelters and short-term solutions often cannot:
● Permanent housing with privacy, dignity, and stability
● A secure, gated neighborhood that supports safety and well-being
● A community center that anchors wraparound support and connection
● A model designed to help residents rebuild routines, health, and independence
A group of local, like-minded individuals began by serving people experiencing homelessness through outreach, providing food, clothing, and connection while asking a deeper question: what does a long-term solution look like? With backgrounds in housing and real estate, the group focused on building a pathway to stability through permanent housing.
That search led to the Eden Village models small homes, supportive services, and intentional community—and the decision to bring this approach to Harrisburg.
Eden Village Harrisburg is faith-inspired in its commitment to compassion, dignity, and hospitality. Participation in any religious activity is never required. Residents of all backgrounds are welcomed and respected.
We believe transformation happens in the context of relationships—consistent support, accountability, and community connection—alongside practical services that help people move forward and heal.
