Raised in Honduras, Jon Bomberger moved with his family to South Central Pennsylvania in 1990 and has called the area home ever since. A graduate of Millersville University, he lives in Lancaster County with his wife, where together they run a busy historic bed and breakfast inn and have raised five children and welcomed a granddaughter. As Branch Vice President for Coldwell Banker Realty in Lebanon, Hershey, and Camp Hill, Jon draws on his leadership experience and skills in coaching, teaching, creative problem-solving, and sales to help his agents succeed. A state-licensed real estate instructor who previously owned a real estate school, he is a consumer-focused advocate for the industry and volunteers with both LCAR and GHAR, serving on committees including education, school advisory, and grievance. He is also deeply committed to his community, having served as board president for Wildheart Ministries—which works to rebuild and revive Harrisburg through beautification, affordable housing, and an urban farm and education initiative—and currently serving as board secretary for Eden Village of Harrisburg.

Gary Pruden is a retired business professional with extensive executive-level experience, having served in CFO and division-president roles across a range of industries. A former CPA, he earned his BS in Accounting through the CPA program at Syracuse University, with a minor in economics, after completing an associate degree at SUNY Delhi. Over a career spanning nearly four decades, Gary held senior financial leadership positions in distribution and transportation (including Division President and CFO at YRC Worldwide and CFO roles at HVAC Distributors, Keen Transport, and Frozen Food Express), oil and gas, government enterprise funds, manufacturing, and public accounting. Known as a strategic thinker and tactical planner, he brings strengths in planning and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and people development. Gary also serves on several boards, including the Economic Development Council of Lancaster County, and is passionate about sharing his business and financial expertise with local nonprofit organizations. As Board Treasurer, he draws on this deep financial background to help guide the organization’s fiscal stewardship.

Wendell Hoover began his entrepreneurial career as a financial planner immediately after college and has been active in real estate as an investor, developer, and broker for more than 30 years. In 2003 he began rehabbing homes in Harrisburg, and in 2005 he co-founded Green Street Properties, LP, which rehabilitated roughly 40 homes over the following decade, primarily in the Midtown Harrisburg neighborhood they helped rebrand as Olde Uptown. Working alongside WCI Partners, LP, these efforts transformed an area once marked by crime and blight into a thriving neighborhood—home to young professionals, families, and recent graduates—through the construction of 16 new townhomes and the rehabilitation of roughly 85 homes, helping shift the area to majority owner occupancy. Wendell personally led the acquisition of land and homes for both companies and continues to renovate Midtown properties with the goal of increasing homeownership. A licensed Realtor® since 2009, he currently serves as an Associate Broker and partial owner of Iron Valley Real Estate of Central PA. He is also active in community and professional leadership, serving on the boards of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, Brethren Housing Association, Harrisburg Rotary, and Eden Village of Harrisburg.

Getty Wilson has been a Central Pennsylvania mortgage advisor for more than 30 years and currently works at First Commonwealth Bank. Specializing in conventional, FHA, VA, and construction lending, Getty is passionate about customer service and helping clients find the best mortgage solution for their dream home, drawing on deep experience and collaborative skills to navigate even the most complex transactions and keep the process as hassle-free as possible. A lifelong resident of the Camp Hill/Mechanicsburg area, Getty is actively involved in the community, including the local chapter of the American Heart Association (serving as a Team Captain), the Peyton Walker Foundation, the WIN Auxiliary of the Salvation Army, and the West Shore Chamber of Commerce. Getty also serves on the Board of the Cumberland County Affordable Housing Trust Fund and on the Ethics Committee of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, and has taught First-Time Homebuyer classes in Dauphin and Cumberland Counties for years. Outside of work, Getty is a certified Zumba instructor who enjoys gardening and spending time with grandchildren. A devoted Golden Retriever owner, Getty walks at least 2.5 miles every day.

Ed Stevenson brings a strong background in business, finance, leadership, and community service, with a degree in Economics from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Shippensburg University. He spent many years in financial services, serving as Vice President of Regional Banking for Pennsylvania National Bank and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Keystone Leasing Company, before becoming a business coach who helped small businesses strengthen their sales strategies and operate more effectively. Ed has a long history of volunteer leadership, including ten years as Chairman of the Fund Distribution Committee for Capital Region United Way and service as a Boy Scout leader for both his son and grandson. Guided by his faith and a desire to help others, he serves on the Board of Directors for Friends Over Fences, a faith-based organization that helps formerly incarcerated individuals rebuild their lives after release. At Bethany Village, Ed has chaired the Wellness Committee and served on the Audit Committee, contributing his experience in finance, organization, and community engagement. Throughout his career and volunteer service, he has been known for his practical business insight, steady leadership, and commitment to helping people and organizations grow stronger.

Khary Lane is a Christ-centered leader, speaker, and community-builder with a deep passion for men’s discipleship, identity restoration, and sustainable impact. He brings over two decades of executive leadership experience, most notably as the former Director of Architectural Services at Rite Aid Corporation, where he served for 27 years before transitioning into full-time ministry and nonprofit leadership. A graduate of Lebanon Valley College with a degree in Business Management, Khary also holds two certificates from the Global School of Supernatural Ministry. He is the founding President of Eden Village of Harrisburg, a tiny home community for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, and currently serves as board secretary and treasurer of Wildheart Ministries. Whether mentoring young men, speaking at faith-based gatherings, or overseeing real estate and community initiatives, Khary leads with compassion, humility, and boldness. He resides in Harrisburg with his wife, Amy, with whom he shares in ministry, family life, and property restoration work that reflects their commitment to transformation from the inside out.

Over the past two decades, Robert has built a career as a new home salesperson, real estate investor, lending professional, and minister, demonstrating an acute knowledge of local market trends backed by a track record of hundreds of successful real estate sales. Beginning as a loan officer with Jack Gaughen Realtor servicing agents with alternative financing, he has facilitated FHA, VA, conventional, and non-conventional mortgages as both a loan officer and mortgage broker, and has been known for providing quality service and expert advice to his clients. As an investor, Robert has sold privately funded mortgages and provided low-cost refinance loans to help customers purchase investment properties, and clients of Ugly House Depot relied on his guidance to find the best lending scenarios for their financial goals. He is also generous with his expertise, offering training and advice to prospective real estate investors, and currently works as a new home salesperson helping to establish, manage, and sell new home communities. More recently, Robert ran a strong campaign for Harrisburg City Council, and his service as a sitting council member has deepened his ties to the community. His deepest passion, however, is serving the unhoused as an associate minister with St. Paul’s Baptist Church, a historically significant African American church in Harrisburg, where he provides weekly hot meals, prayer, and a listening ear to the community’s most vulnerable neighbors.
